Community Support

Angel Emergency is heavily involved in the Community. For example, during the April 27th, 2011 Tornado in Ringgold Georgia, we deployed our disaster buses to move residents from their homes to LFO High School. This allowed the people of Ringgold a centralized point of access to the additional resources that were made available.

Our reach also goes beyond Catoosa County. We provided Medical and Non-Medical transportation for the crew and volunteers who worked on the Extreme Makeover house in Rossville Georgia. We staffed the site with a full round the clock ambulance, as well as providing buses for tranporting the workers and volunteers to and from the staging site at Lake Winnepesaukah to the site of the house.

We are also involved with the Catoosa County Chamber of Commerce, Relay for Life, and many charitable organizations. We are the Ambulance provider for all of Catoosa County Schools systems athletic events, Gordon-Lee School Athletic Events in Chickamauga Georgia. We also provide athletic event coverage for Mccallie, Baylor ,and Boyd-Buchanan Schools in Tennessee.

Our staff is also heavily involved with Emergency Planning and Response from the both the Local and State levels. We have members on the LEPC "Local Emergency Planning Commitee", SEEMSDA "Southeast Emergency Medical Service Directors Association. Our Operations Manager Lana Duff is the Vice Chairperson of the  Georgia Region One EMS Council, Our Medical Director Dr. Patrick McDougal is also the Georgia Region One EMS Medical Director.
